How do I RSVP?

Guests can RSVP directly on the wedding website under the RSVP tab at the top of the page. Simply fill out your name, phone number and email, and if you will be attending.

When do I RSVP by?

We would appreciate guests to RSVP ASAP; however, the latest possible date to RSVP by October 31st, 2025.

How do I book my stay?

Guests can book their stay directly using the link through the wedding website.

Once their stay is booked, they can submit a form for a Price Match request if prices differ on other platforms such as Expedia, Trivago, Booking.com, etc.

Please keep in mind in order to submit a price match request you must have a current reservation booked through Destify.

You can price match within 24 hours of making your original booking with Destify. A screenshot and/or URL is helpful to verify the cost and date of the website we are matching.

*The resort requires guests to book a 3-night minimum stay. Guests are encouraged to stay at Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa so that they can enjoy spending time together all in the same place and be included in gatherings without having to stress about transportation between resorts, etc.

What about transportation?

The closest airport is Cancun International Airport which is approximately 30-minutes from the resort.

When booking your room, you can pay an additional fee for transportation from the airport to the resort and at departure.

What is included in my stay?

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa offers an all-inclusive experience for guests. When you book your stay, your meals and beverages will be fully covered!

Do I need a passport?

Since the destination wedding is held in Mexico, all guests WILL need a passport to travel out of the country.

What can I expect on wedding day?

On June 6th, 2026, guests can expect the ceremony to begin promptly at 4:00pm. Cocktail hour and a sit-down dinner will all take place outdoors as well.

How long can I stay?

Guests are welcomed to book their stay for longer than the 3-night minimum so that they can enjoy relaxation time and the beauty of Mexico!

What should I wear?

Guests are welcome to wear beach semi-casual attire. We encourage summer dresses for the ladies and sandals, shorts and short-sleeve button-down shirts for the men. Ties and suits are not required - we want you to be comfortable and cool in the tropical June heat!

What can kids do?

The resort has a variety of activities for kids of all ages so that they can play and have a great time too!

Do you have a wedding registry?

We have decided to not have a wedding registry since we understand the financial commitment involved in booking a 3-night minimum stay at an all-inclusive resort. What can you bring? Just YOURSELF!

What's a NEED-TO-BRING item?

We highly recommend bringing sunscreen and/or bug spray since it will be HOT!
